🚫 No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or unopened hair care products.

💸 Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only issued if:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once approved, we will issue:

  • a replacement, or

  • a refund to the original payment method

⏳ Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
